Scope of Works
Our comprehensive scope included the design and installation of:
- Sewer and trade waste systems
- Hot and cold water reticulation
- Fire hydrant and hose reel services
- New water main connections and backflow prevention systems
- Detailed fit-off of plumbing fixtures across the kitchen, bar, and bathroom areas
Each element was executed with precision to ensure optimal functionality, hygiene, and compliance with ACT hospitality and building standards.
Project Delivery

All works were completed in accordance with AS3500, NCC Volume 3, and ACT Government plumbing and trade waste requirements, ensuring durability, safety, and full compliance.
